Day 6 through 10 with Dave and Malcolm in Wyoming..
After Jeff, Chuck, and Bryan left for home to conclude their 5 days fishing with Dave and the ITO crew, Dave’s buddy Malcolm drove up from Colorado to get in on the action. The next 5 days of fishing on the Green and New Fork rivers were incredible. Fishing dry flies in the summertime on free stone rivers is incredibly hard to beat, and is one of the most fun ways to target trophy trout.
Dave with his BIGGEST Brown trout of the trip on a dry fly. This 2 foot Brown clobbered a foam bug drifting tight to an undercut grass bank. Storms this day on the New Fork river had the bugs popping and the fish feeding! What a fish and moment to share with Dave!
Malcolm found an absolute UNIT on his first float with us in Wyoming. This fish CRUSHED a dry fly and gave Malcolm a rodeo down the river. What a fish, and what an experience to witness!

Malcolm found a specimen of a Brown trout sipping dry flies on the New Fork river here in Pinedale, WY. This fish played the game in a sneaky side channel on one of our favorite sections on river to float in the West!
